Benefit from the flexible and easy-to-use service provided by the SAPOS® Central Office
Service fees
The nationwide use of SAPOS® services via the SAPOS® Central Office is generally subject to fees in accordance with the AdV Fee Directive.
Billing for SAPOS® HEPS usage is based on the number of registered user IDs rather than the amount of data used. A flat rate of EUR 10 per month will be charged for each registered user ID, regardless of data usage. A user ID can in principle be used on multiple devices, but not simultaneously.
Billing for SAPOS® GPPS depends on actual data usage – the number of GPPS accounts will therefore not be taken into account. A fee of EUR 10 will be charged for each reference station used in a month.

A one-time administration fee of EUR 100 is charged for new registrations. The General Terms and Conditions for the Provision and Use of Geospatial Data from the SAPOS® Central Office (AGNB), which the licensee accepts by signing the registration form. | ||

Registration
Becoming a customer of the SAPOS® Central Office is very easy and can be explained in the following three steps.
1. Download the registration form, fill out, sign and send to the ZSS by email: sapos-zentrale-stelle@lgln.niedersachsen.de
2. As soon as the SAPOS® Central Office has received your registration, we will arrange the activation of the services in all federal states.
3. Finally we will send you an email with the access data and dial-in information for using the SAPOS® services.
The Annex on Geospatial Data/Fees and the Annex on Commissioning Partners are part of the contract.
The General Terms and Conditions for the Provision and Use of Geospatial Data by the SAPOS® Central Office (AGNB) apply. These are also part of the contract and are accepted by the licensee upon signing the registration form. Furthermore, by signing this SAPOS® registration form, the licensee confirms that they consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of using SAPOS® data by the SAPOS® Central Office. Additional the licensee has taken note of the privacy policy of the Lower Saxony State Office for Geoinformation and Land Surveying regarding the processing of their personal data. Open data services provided by the federal states
Alternatively, you have the option of licensing SAPOS® services directly from the individual federal states. Most of the federal states provide SAPOS® services for their respective areas of responsibility free of charge in order to their open data policies.
